A pneumatic pipe plug is an inflatable device inserted into a pipe to seal it temporarily, allowing repairs, pressure & leak testing or flow diversion without excavating or cutting the pipe. They are used in municipal sewers, drainage, chemical industry, gas and drinking-water networks.
Plugs with bypass include integrated tubes (1" or 2") that let flow pass while the pipe is blocked — essential on live sewer networks where service cannot be stopped. Plugs without bypass create a full hermetic seal, ideal for pressure & leak testing and dry repairs. We offer both for any diameter from Ø40mm to Ø2200mm.
